"I was impressed with how..."
I was impressed with how well this cuts. It went through some thick branches without much trouble at all, and overall it feels powerful and reliable. My only small gripe is that I wish the battery lasted a bit longer, but other than that, I’ve had no real issues with it.

"Good engine, but the info could’ve been clearer"
The engine runs strong and starts up easily, so no complaints there. It does get a bit loud after using it for a while, which is worth noting. My only real annoyance was that the communication/details weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first.

"Battery lasted longer than I expected, but not perfect"
I used my trimmer over the weekend the battery lasted way longer than I thought it would. I still had some charge left by the end, which was a nice surprise. I’m happy with that part, though I’m still kind of on the fence overall until I see how it holds up after more use.

"Support replied in about a day"
I had a question about a part for my trimmer and sent a message through stihl.ca. I figured it would take maybe 2 or 3 days to hear back, but they got back to me the next morning. They pointed me to the right part number and didn’t give me any runaround. Simple overall, and it’s nice when support actually answers that fast.

"This saw just keeps powering through"
I’ve been really impressed with this saw. It starts up reliably every time and runs smooth without bogging down, even when I’m cutting through thicker pieces of wood. It feels solid in the hand, and I especially appreciate how consistent the power is from start to finish.

I ordered through Stihl and had it sent to my local dealer for pickup. i kind of wish I’d planned for an extra day because it took a bit longer to arrive at the store than I expected. Once it got there, though, the staff had everything ready and the pickup itself was simple. Overall, it was a good experience, just not quite as quick as I was hoping...

"Easy enough to use, just needs better filters"
I used stihl.ca to look up a few tools, it was straightforward. The site didn’t feel confusing, the pages loaded fine, and I could find the product details without much hassle. Comparing a couple of items took a little longer than I expected, which was slightly annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it gave me a good impression, I’d just like the filters to be a bit more useful.

I took my trimmer in and the local dealer was really helpful. They got it sorted quickly and didn’t try to push extra stuff on me, which was a nice change. It kind of makes you wonder why it had to be made harder elsewhere, but either way, these folks gave good advice and friendly service. I’d definitely go back.

I bought this from stihl.ca and I’ve been happy with it so far. The build quality feels solid, and nothing seems flimsy or loose even after using it over a few weekends. It does have a bit of weight to it, but it feels more like a sign that it’s built to last. If you’re looking for something that feels durable, this seems like a good one to consider

"Found the trimmer parts easily"
I needed a couple of small parts for my Stihl trimmer, so I started on stihl.ca. Umm, I thought it was going to be a hassle, but the parts info was easy to track down.
I was able to match what I needed without doing too much guessing, and it pointed me to a nearby dealer that could help. That definitely saved me from driving all over town checking different places.
I ordered the parts through the dealer and had the trimmer back up and running quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’ve got no real complaints

"Warranty was handled quickly"
and I had an issue with my trimmer, but Stihl made the warranty process easy. The dealer got back to me fast, and before long it was all fixed without much hassle...

"Pretty easy to maintain, thankfully"
I bought my STIHL trimmer through Stihl and, surprisingly enough, the info was actually easy to find. Maintenance has been straightforward too, clean the filter, check the oil, sharpen it when it needs it, nothing dramatic. It starts up well after that, which is nice because apparently doing the basic stuff actually works. No real complaints.
